The Knox Basketball Junior Domestic competition is made up of 16 domestic clubs from around the Knox area.

The clubs place players aged from 5 – 23 years into teams based on age, gender and skill level. Teams are then entered into the Knox Basketball weekly competition.

Seasons

The competition is run over two seasons; Summer, commencing in November and Winter commencing in May.

Games

Games are played across the weekend with Under 8 – Under 16 teams playing on Saturday and Under 19 – Under 23 teams playing on Sunday late afternoons.

Game Venues

All games venues are within the Knox community, with the majority of games played at the State Basketball Centre (Wantirna South) and Knox Basketball Stadium (Boronia).

Training

Teams usually train once per week at venues within Knox. Training times and venues are determined by each club based on venue and coach availability.
